The orthopedic adult reconstruction surgery - hip and knee fellowship is a one-year program offering sub-specialty training experience. The program is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).
The mission of the Adult Reconstruction Fellowship program is to train knowledgeable, capable and compassionate orthopedic surgeons in preparation for a sub-specialty practice focus in the surgical reconstructive treatment of hip and knee disorders. These disorders include primary and secondary degenerative disease, post traumatic sequelae as well as the treatment of failed total joint arthroplasty with or without infection. After completing the fellowship, graduates are capable of pursuing academic, small community as well as urban practice opportunities.
