Brain injury recovery

A traumatic brain injury (TBI) is caused by an impact to the head that impairs your ability to function. The result can lead to confusion, dizziness, and the loss of motor skills, speech, or vision. Concussion is the most well-known form of TBI.

Highly skilled, immediate medical care can significantly improve your recovery from TBI. Beyond trauma care and rehabilitation, Corewell Health offers long-term care to maximize recovery from severe injuries.
