SMS Privacy Policy

1. When you sign up for text messages from Corewell Health (the “Service”), you are signing up to receive text messages related to your relationship with Corewell Health and Corewell Health’s affiliates and/or partners, if applicable. These messages include, but are not limited to:

2. You must be at least 18 years old to be eligible to use the Service. By signing up to participate in the Service, you are representing and warranting to Corewell Health that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. You can cancel the Service at any time. Just text "STOP" in response to the opt-out text message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed to that specific short code. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from the short code you opted out from. If you want to re-enable the Service, sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. Corewell Health may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for any reason and at any time. Corewell Health reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text “HELP” to 282673. After you send the message “HELP” to us, we will respond with instructions on how to contact our Virtual Support Team as well as instructions about how to unsubscribe.

5. The Service is provided by Corewell Health on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. The supporting mobile carriers may change without notice, and the particular text message service you join, including those operated through a different number, may be limited to specific carriers. Corewell Health and the mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your mobile carrier.

7. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes by sending a message from the new short code or telephone number. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received, and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages. We may also modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. We may also modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

8. You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you provided to use the Service and that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

9. If you are dissatisfied with the Service or with these Terms and Conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to disenroll from the Services.
