Clinical Interests: I am interested in research that explores artificial intelligence and the role it will play in the future of radiology. Also, the attendings here cover so many subspecialties, I am excited to learn from each of them and discover what my niche will be.

Hobbies: In my spare time, I like to enjoy films and food. I would love to go to the Cannes Film Festival so that I can enjoy the cinema and the delicious food in the French Riviera. I also love live music and am usually at concerts in my spare time!

What excites you about your residency at Corewell Health in West Michigan? Corewell Health in West Michigan’s Integrated Interventional Radiology residency uniquely blends a community-oriented private practice model with the academic rigor of a teaching institution. I see this as an ideal training environment—offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced setting while also providing insight into the medical job market and business of medicine. The program’s strong support for versatile and meaningful research further enhances its appeal. I’m excited by the opportunity to grow within such a dynamic environment and look forward to learning and contributing every day I show up to work.

Clinical Interests: Given IR’s broad scope, I keep an open mind—but I’m especially drawn to Interventional oncology, pelvic venous disease and pain interventions as areas of growing interest.

Hobbies: Outside of work, I enjoy time with my wife and two children, reviewing for JVIR, reading about statistics, playing Rise of Nations and volleyball, cooking yogurt soup and practicing the violin.

What excites you about your residency at Corewell Health in West Michigan? While in medical school, I had the opportunity to do a rotation with the Interventional Radiology team at Corewell Health in West Michigan, and it was quite simply the best month I had during my medical education. Corewell Health West Michigan provides me with the opportunity to train in a collaborative and supportive academic environment that balances a high volume of cases with a strong educational foundation. The breadth and complexity of cases ensure that I’ll gain robust, hands-on experience.

Clinical Interests: I am interested in essentially everything that interventional radiology has to offer. From Interventional Oncology, venous disease, musculoskeletal/pain, peripheral arterial disease, women’s and men’s health, and general IR procedures.

Hobbies: I enjoy being active including weightlifting, running, and cycling.
