Resident Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

At Corewell Health in West Michigan, we pledge to take on the challenge to eliminate racism and its impacts on health, hope and lives, both within our organization and in the communities we serve.

In 2020, we have reaffirmed this commitment with a Pledge to Act. Racism is a public health crisis. Creating an interconnected, collaborative culture where all are encouraged to bring their whole selves to work is vital to the health of our organization. As a health system, we advocate for equity as we care for our patients, our communities, and each other. We strive to foster and advance inclusion and diversity in our workforce, workplace, leadership, faculty, and programs. We believe in equity for everyone.
