Who we are
Corewell Health Lakeland Hospitals includes three community-based hospitals and is affiliated with the Corewell Health Research Institute. We conduct research to enhance patient care through evidence-based medicine and generate knowledge benefiting patients locally,
nationally, and globally.
Our Office of Medical Education leads our research efforts, teaching residents to transform clinical observations into testable hypotheses. Our objectives are to advance patient care, publish findings, and disseminate knowledge at local, regional, and national levels.
