Christina Abd, MD
Northeast Ohio Medical University

Christina was born in Egypt and spent part of her childhood there before moving to the United States. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Neurobiology from the College of Wooster in Ohio, followed by a Master of Science in Health Sciences from Cleveland State University. She went on to earn her medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University, where she was part of the Urban Health Primary Care Track. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, painting, traveling, hiking with her husband, spending time with family and watching TV shows/series.

Courtney Adams, MD
American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine

Courtney grew up in Rochester Hills, Michigan. She earned her bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Wayne State University, where she also competed as a collegiate golfer. She went on to receive her medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time outdoors—rock climbing, hiking, and biking with her husband and their brown husky, Maho.

Laial Baltaji, MD
Wayne State University School of Medicine

Laial grew up in Canton, MI. She earned her B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Detroit mercy and went on to complete her medical education at Wayne State University School of Medicine. She’s enjoys traveling, frequently to Lebanon, taking pure barre classes, trying out new restaurants, and spending time with her friends, her cat, Minnie, and her family. 

Bennett Dwan, MD

Bennett grew up in Frankenmuth, Michigan. He received his bachelor’s degree in human biology from Michigan State University and went on to earn his medical degree from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and child, golfing, playing basketball and Spikeball, cheering on MSU sports, and trying new food.

Annes grew up in New Zealand and Ann Arbor, MI. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biomedical science from the University of Michigan and went on to earn her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family at metro parks, trying new recipes, and going rock climbing.

Ashley grew up in Traverse City, Michigan. She received her bachelor’s degree in biomedical laboratory science from Michigan State University and went on to receive her medical degree from Midwestern University, Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. In her free time, she enjoys playing golf, beach days in northern Michigan, and spending rainy days at local coffee shops. 

Angelina Porter, DO

Angelina grew up in Royal Oak, MI. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Detroit Mercy and went on to earn her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. In her free time, she enjoys hosting dinners, exploring local parks and trails with her family, visiting the Detroit Zoo, and working on home renovation projects.

Susana Abril Rodriguez Medina, DO

Susana is originally from Mexico and has called Michigan home for many years. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from the University of Michigan before completing her medical degree at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Outside of medicine, Abril enjoys baking, hiking, and spending time with her dog, Finnley.

Payton Andronikidis, MD

Payton grew up in Chesterfield, Michigan. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Grand Valley State University. She went on to receive her medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, baking, watching reality television shows, going to the gym with her fiancé, and trying new restaurants.

Lindsey grew up in Livonia, Michigan. She received her bachelor's degree in biological sciences from Wayne State University and went on to earn her medical degree from Central Michigan University College of Medicine. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, doing creative activities, conversing over a good cup of coffee, and spending time with her friends, family, and two cats.

Paige Girdley, MD

Paige grew up in Fenton, MI. She earned her bachelor’s degree in neuroscience from Michigan State University and went on to earn her medical degree from Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and her cat, Ruby Sue, gardening, and trying new restaurants.

During her free time, she enjoys skiing, running, reading, and going on road trips.

RaeAnn grew up in New Brighton, Minnesota. She received her bachelor's degree in human biology from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay. She went on to earn her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two cats, building Lego, ice skating, and reading.

Zachary Skelton, DO

Zachary grew up in Port Huron, MI. Before college he served in the U.S. Air Force National Guard as an aircraft mechanic. He later received his bachelor of science in kinesiology from Michigan State University and went on to earn his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. In his free time, he enjoys playing Dungeons and Dragons, video games, cooking, boating, and outdoor activities.

Benjamin Bolcer, DO

Benjamin grew up in Hartland, Mi. After graduating with a biomedical Sciences degree from GVSU, he completed a master’s degree at Northern Michigan University studying relationships between the microbiome, soil and human health. During those years he also obtained a BSN from Oakland University and spent nearly seven years working as an ER nurse prior to graduating medical school at Michigan State University. In his free time, he enjoys life with his wife and dog, exploring the outdoors, gardening, getting in the gym, and time with friends and family.

Candace grew up in Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan. She received her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from the University of Michigan and went on to earn her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her husband and dog, weightlifting, and volunteering with local animal rescues.

Ramneet grew up in Brantford, Ontario. She received her bachelor’s degree with honors in life sciences from McMaster University. She went on to earn her medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, weightlifting, reading, baking, and spending time with loved ones.
