Some locations have Dual Source CT scanners, which can complete scans much faster than conventional CT. This technology dramatically reduces the radiation dosage and is good for patients who have trouble remaining still or holding their breath.

Most imaging services need a physician referral, but many can be scheduled by phone or directly in MyChart. Results are often available on MyChart within 24 to 48 hours.
