In the “General” section
Select “Review contact information” to make sure it is correct.
- Make sure your mobile phone is correct. If your mobile phone also serves as your home phone, that’s OK. Just enter it again in the “Home” box.
- Updating your email requires verification via a code sent to the new email address
Review the settings for the different ways you want to receive messages from us.
- Select the toggle. If the toggle color is checked green, you are open to receive notifications by that method.
Scroll to the “Details” section
Expand the sections for specific categories (e.g., Appointments, Messages, Health, Billing) to customize your preferences in each category.
- If the toggle color is checked green, you are agreeing to receive notifications
- Make sure you review all toggles offered within each category
Save changes
After making your selections, make sure to select "Save Changes" to apply your new communication preferences.
