Corewell Health places the utmost importance on the observance of the principles in our Code of Excellence and expect all with whom we do business to conduct themselves accordingly.

It is our expectation that you will review the Corewell Health policies and procedures and information regarding the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services requirements. We will provide a hard copy or other website links, as applicable, upon written request. You are expected to understand and abide by these policies, rules, and regulations as they apply to the services you provide.

We expect you will educate all of your employees and contractors who work on matters related to Corewell Health on such policy information and requirements.

All vendors and contractors will be held accountable for their actions and violations of the law or of the policies and principles of Corewell Health will not be excused or tolerated.

Under the Federal Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 and various Medicare fraud and abuse laws, Corewell Health is obligated to provide vendors and contractors with information about federal and state laws concerning false claims, Medicare Parts C and D compliance, penalties, and whistleblower rights and protections.
