Online scheduling
Skip the phone call and book your appointment online anytime. Our online scheduling tool(MyChart) lets you:
- See available time slots for your preferred provider or location
- Schedule primary care, specialty care, and lab appointments
- Reschedule or cancel existing appointments
Once you're scheduled
eCheck-in
With eCheck-in through MyChart, you can provide information to your care team before your appointment. This is required before virtual video visits. And it can save you time before in-person visits.
Before your appointment
Before your appointment, our team will review any information you provide, along with your health record. To help make your appointment a success, we ask that you:
- Know what medications you are taking currently, including over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and supplements
- Make a list of your health questions, with the most important at the top. We will answer as many as we can during your appointment
- Bring a family member or trusted friend with you if it would help you feel more comfortable
During your appointment
We suggest you ask your health questions and clarify anything you don't understand with your provider. It is important that everything is clear to you.
If you have multiple health issues, talk to your provider about what you need to do first. What is top priority?
Make sure you know the names of the people on your care team. Ask how you can reach them in case you need to follow up after your appointment.
