Oncology and Hospital Massage

Learn how to safely treat cancer patients throughout their journey, into survivorship and end of life. This class includes classroom lecture, hands on protocols and practice, and a peer-to-peer clinic on day 3.

Choose one of the following set of dates for Introduction to Oncology Massage class:

• February 6, 7, 8 (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
• April 17, 18 ,19 (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
• July 31, August 1, 2 (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)

Introduction to Oncology Massage tuition: $479.

The clinical rotation includes additional lecture and hands-on training. Students will treat oncology patients and/or survivors during inpatient, infusion, and outpatient clinic.

3-day clinical rotation add-on tuition: $349 plus $40 application fee.

• Pre-requisite for the clinical rotation add-on:
  • Successful completion of Corewell Health Integrative Medicine 24-hour Oncology Massage class
  • Successful completion Corewell Health Integrative Medicine 100-hour Oncology Massage class
  • Successful completion of a Society for Oncology Massage Foundational Oncology Massage class

Choose one of the following set of dates for the clinical rotation:

• June 5, 6 (choose one day 7 or 8) (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday or Monday)
• November 6, 7 (choose one day 8 or 9) (Friday, Saturday and Sunday or Monday)

Register for both classes, Introduction to Oncology Massage and the optional clinical rotation and received a discounted price of $753 plus $40 application fee.

Cancellations made after registration and up to one day prior to the class: a $150 cancellation fee will be charged.  Cancellations made on the day of the class or no-shows: no refunds will be issued. If you need to cancel, please notify Integrative Medicine as soon as possible, CHEIntegrativeMedicine@Corewellhealth.org or call 248.551.9888.  Refunds (minus the cancellation fee) will be processed back to your credit card. You can transfer your registration to another section for a $25 fee if done up to one day before the class.
