Parking is available in front of main entrance. Enter through the main front entrance and proceed down one floor (either by elevator or stairs) to the Garden Level. Our entrance is directly across from the elevators. Check in for your new patient appointment at the Physical Therapy registration window. We offer the following services: physical therapy for joint, spine and chronic pain, occupational therapy, knee pain and low back pain assessments and lymphedema services.
