Getting to the hospital
- The hospital is located on the west side of Dequindre Rd, just south of M-59, in Troy
- The North entrance should be used for emergency department patients and family only
- For after-hours visitation, please park in the parking structure and enter the hospital on the first floor
- Please note that many services are located on the opposite side of Dequindre Rd, in Sterling Heights
Emergency entrance
- Enter at the north end of the campus using Emergency Drive
Patient and visitor parking
Free parking is available in the parking deck and multiple surface lots.
- Parking deck on the south end of campus, accessible from Michalski Parkway
- Parking lot near the west entrance
- Emergency parking near the emergency department entrance on the north end of campus via Emergency Drive
Valet parking
- Valet parking is available at the main hospital entrance and the west entrance. The cost is $10 per day.
Hours of service:
- Main entrance:
- Monday – Friday: 5:30am - 8pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 8am - 6pm
- West entrance:
- Monday – Friday: 7am - 3:30pm
- Closed weekends and holidays
- All cars left in valet parking after closing can be retrieved by calling 248.964.0909
Day of discharge parking
- On the day of discharge, please ask the patient's nurse which entrance to use
Team member parking
- Team members should use the surface lot south of the parking deck.
