Update on Note Faxing to Independent Providers

Effective Monday, Feb. 17, 2025, independent primary care physicians will be included in all the note types automatically routed to independent providers based on their communication preferences set in Epic. The list of note types in the grid below matches what was previously routed to independent physicians and advanced practice providers in the legacy East system. Corewell Health Medical Group and Community Connect providers will not see any changes in what is automatically routed to their In Basket.
