Student Audition Rotation

Learn about the Corewell Health Taylor program student audition rotation in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and how to apply.

Our PM&R residency program offers 4th year medical student election audition rotations (one month timeframe) within our program at Corewell Health sites, and our clinic associated with the program 

• Complete and submit the rotation request form. Guidelines for applying and required documents are listed below. Please do not send incomplete requests.  
• Please allow us 2-4 weeks for approval. We will then contact you via email with your application status.
• Submit all required documents to the residency program manager Breann Vavro at breann.vavrocorewellhealth.org 

•  A letter from your medical school stating that you are a student in good standing/medical school diploma  
• Official transcript including all attempts for the USMLE Step 1/ 2 or COMLEX Leverl1/2
• Medical Transcript to date
• Current CV
• Detailed paragraph outlining why you would like to rotate with the PM&R Program
• A copy of your government issued identification - photographs are not acceptable
• A current copy of your certificate of liability insurance
• Documentation of a current TB test (within the past calendar year)
• Documentation of influenza vaccine (only required between November – April)

• We DO NOT sponsor any Visa’s – you must be a permanent resident/U.S. citizen or hold a green card
