The endocrinology fellowship is a two-year program at Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital. Our institution benefits from a robust GME department, with over 900 residents and fellows, and is the primary teaching site for the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine. Trainees will be part of the largest health system in the state of Michigan and will play a critical role in the education of medical students and residents. The fellowship received accreditation from the ACGME, effective September 8, 2023.
Our mission is to develop well-rounded clinicians and teachers capable of managing rare, complex and common conditions across the spectrum of diabetes, endocrinology, and metabolism. Our fellows will develop a proficiency in emerging technological advances in endocrinology. Fellows will have exposure to a diverse patient population and to colleagues across the spectrum of sub-specialties to enrich their education.
