Our passion is to enable children to focus on life, the things they enjoy, and the people they love.
Corewell Health Children's PATCH is a pediatric palliative care program that provides comfort and support to children of all ages with life-limiting conditions. We focus on meeting the medical, spiritual, and emotional needs of the children and supporting everyone who cares for them. Our hope is that this will allow children and families to be families for as long as possible, making every moment together special.
