At Corewell Health, we care about your financial health just like we care about your physical health. If you can’t pay within 30 days of receiving your first bill, we can create an interest-free payment plan customized to fit your needs.

Self enroll using Health Services Financing
We have partnered with Commerce Bank to offer Health Services Financing (HSF®) accounts. You can self-enroll and monitor progress through the Commerce Bank portal. This option may be best for large healthcare costs, up to $50,000.

- Pay over the span of 60 months (depending on balance)
- Self-enrollment available
- Monitor progress via Commerce Bank portal
Set up a payment plan in MyChart
MyChart gives you the option to stretch out your payments. This option may be best for bills you can’t pay within 30 days, but also don’t need 60 months to pay. Payment plans do not look at income or other factors, just the balance on the account.
- No credit checks
- Add new accounts via MyChart
- Pay over the span of 12 months (depending on balance)
- Monitor progress via MyChart
