Kelli oversees nursing practice, chaplaincy and education at Corewell Health in Southeast Michigan. She leads initiatives to improve patient outcomes, expand the nursing workforce through academic partnerships and advance innovative care models such as the virtual nurse program. Previously, she served as vice president and chief nursing officer for Novant Health’s Charlotte region. Kelli holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Winston-Salem State University and a master’s degree in health administration from Pfeiffer University.
