Gianna leads the human resources strategy for Corewell Health East, overseeing the HR Business Partner function.  She also leads the Learning & Development team for the system. In these roles, she is responsible for the development and execution of the human resources strategy for the region and delivers leadership and team‑member development programs across the system.

With more than 25 years of HR experience, Gianna joined the system in 2018 as vice president of Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness for Beaumont Health. Prior to joining Corewell Health, she held HR leadership roles at OhioHealth.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University and an MBA from Ohio University.
