Chris has been a physician leader at Beaumont Hospital for 25 years, specializing in infectious disease. He serves as the third Stephan Sharf Dean of Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine and previously held the Michael E. Maddens, MD Distinguished Chair and Professorship in Internal Medicine. He earned his bachelor’s, medical and master’s degrees from the University of Michigan.
