Medical Students

Corewell Health Lakeland is located in Southwest Michigan in Berrien County and is the primary healthcare system serving patients from five surrounding counties. Corewell Health Lakeland is a not-for-profit community health system consisting of two acute care hospitals, one in St. Joseph and one in Niles.

An affiliate of Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and a regional campus of Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine. Our physicians are eager to share their knowledge and skills with students and residents. On-site lectures, educational facilities including an accredited simulation training center, combined with the connectivity to Michigan State University's vast medical education resources create an excellent clinical learning environment.
