The Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology Fellowship Program at Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital is a comprehensive, two-year program equipping the trainee to be highly proficient in all aspects of the electrophysiology career.
As part of the training, the trainee will be utilizing state-of-the-art mapping systems and catheters in diagnosing and treating a wide range of cardiac dysrhythmias, implanting cardiac dysrhythmia devices, preparing for and presenting a wide spectrum of EP topics in weekly conferences, getting rigorously trained in intracardiac interpretations, and conducting clinical research with recently released or in-trial cutting-edge technology.
Our mission is to train Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology Fellows (CCEP) to provide compassionate, extraordinary care to a diverse population. The program is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience that prepares physicians to meet the demands of contemporary clinical cardiac electrophysiology practice in urban and suburban community hospitals. Fellows learn to provide patient-and-family-centered care, contributing to the health and well-being of patients throughout the community. Our aim is to help our graduates reach their goals and develop the skills they can use throughout their careers.
