Our patient navigator can help
We created a unique patient navigator dedicated to the LBTQIA+ community. Contact the patient navigator at 833.968.0263 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm) or complete the form to find a safe and affirming provider.
Look for the Safe Zone badge
While our team members strive to be inclusive in every way, many are going a step further by taking Safe and Affirming training, making their practice a designated Safe Zone. The rainbow badge will let you know who completed training.
