We’re taking a big step to improve the way you access your patient information and tools by combining all of our electronic health records into one place. For you, this transition will mean more care options and greater flexibility.

How this affects your current MyChart account

As part of this change, your Lakeland MyChart account will be moving to the Unified Corewell Health MyChart. Beginning April 16th you’ll see some changes to your account as it is moved to new MyChart.

April 16th – April 20th

  • April 16th - You can log into the new Corewell Health MyChart.
    • You can view your health information, upcoming appointments, and schedule appointments for after 4/21.
  • April 17th - Messaging and prescription refill access no longer available in your Lakeland MyChart account.
  • April 19th - Notifications for upcoming appointments and reminders will come from Corewell Health.

April 21st - Onward

  • The new Corewell Health MyChart is available and fully functional.
  • Messaging and prescription refill are now available in the new Corewell Health MyChart.
  • Lakeland MyChart becomes view-only except for viewing & paying bills for care provided before April 21st.

Bills with a Grand Rapids return address, a Customer Number and a gray box need to be paid through one of the options below:
