I am excited to train at Corewell Health in West Michigan because of its strong commitment to resident education, the supportive culture, and diverse patient population. During my time rotating here as a medical student, I saw firsthand how invested the faculty, residents, and program leadership are in each trainee’s growth. The collaborative environment creates a true sense of community where residents are encouraged to learn, ask questions, and develop confidence as neurologists. I am excited to immerse myself in this environment, build meaningful relationships with my co-residents and mentors, and continue growing both personally and professionally.

Clinical interests: I have a strong interest in neuroimmunology, particularly because of the opportunity to develop meaningful long-term relationships with patients and the exciting advancements in treatment that continue to improve outcomes and quality of life. However, I am entering residency with an open mind and look forward to exploring the full breadth of neurology.

Hobbies: Outside of medicine, I enjoy traveling, exploring new places, and seeking out new adventures. I love staying active through activities such as biking, hiking, and playing volleyball. I’ve also always been passionate about basketball and have played it for as long as I can remember.
