Breast Surgical Oncology Fellowship at Royal Oak

The Department of General Surgery in conjunction with the Breast Care Program offers a one-year fellowship in the management of patients with benign and malignant diseases of the breast. The program is one of the fifty-two breast surgery fellowships in the country accredited by the Society of Surgical Oncology

The John A. Ingold Breast Surgery Fellowship provides both surgical and clinical experiences with graduated, supervised clinical responsibilities. Formal rotations in breast surgery, oncoplastic surgery, plastic & reconstructive surgery, medical oncology, radiation oncology, pathology, cancer genetics, cancer rehabilitation/lymphedema, senology & high-risk care, and research constitute the core of the multidisciplinary curriculum.
