Research

The trainee will be allowed adequate time for research. One month may be available to dedicate to a project, particularly if this involves method development. An abstract must be submitted for presentation at the resident/fellow research forum, which takes place in the spring of the academic year. The fellow is encouraged to submit their research for presentation at a national meeting (e.g., AACC) and/or for publication.
