One position at the sixth postgraduate year will be offered to an approved candidate who will have completed an accredited orthopedic surgery residency program, be board eligible or board-certified, and have a Michigan state medical license before the fellowship begins.

The program will participate in the 2024 American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons fellowship match for the 2025-2026 program year.
