Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital's Emergency Ultrasound Fellowship is a one-year program with an emphasis on

  • administrative responsibilities

Fellows have the opportunity to lead didactic sessions for emergency medicine residents and faculty, including 

  • grand rounds lectures
  • ultrasound review sessions 
  • involved in the ongoing integration of ultrasound in the pre-clinical medical school curriculum
  • research projects
  • ultrasound education and policy on the city and state level

Fellows are competitively compensated for this one-year fellowship. In addition to their annual salary, fellows have access to

  • CME funds
  • health benefits
  • one paid ultrasound or emergency medicine conference per year
  • opportunity for other conference funding with research presentations
