Sponsorship Opportunities

Corewell Health supports registered 501(c)(3) organizations in Michigan that:

• Align with our mission and vision
• Provide services to communities within our service areas
• Meet an identified community need

Unfortunately, we do not typically sponsor:

• Capital campaigns
• Multi-year pledges or agreements
• Community sports teams
• Employee social gatherings
• Family or individual emergency relief
• For-profit ventures
• Individual or team fundraising
• Individual school, PTO, foundation, or athletic/band/activity boosters
• Initiative or organization where Corewell Health would be the sole funder
• Medical education, health care conferences, and/or professional development
• Political causes or candidates
• Religious or fraternal organizations
• Activities that compete with philanthropic relationships
• Events aimed at seeking fundraising support from sponsoring organization's team members
• Impact outside of the Corewell Health service area

If you are seeking a sponsorship, planning ahead is key. Your request should be submitted no less than 90 days in advance of when it is needed.

Please note we are generally unable to accommodate requests submitted within 45 days or less of the event.

Use the quarterly deadlines below as a guideline for requests:

• Feb. 1
• May 1 
• Aug. 1 
• Nov. 1

As a general guideline, Corewell Health does not support multi-year agreements.

You’ll receive an automated response that your request was received by our team. Requests are reviewed by the sponsorship review committee, and award notifications are sent approximately 30 days after the quarterly submission deadlines. If you submitted using a provided invitation code, you will generally receive an award notification 30 to 45 days after submitting.

Unfortunately, due to the number of requests received, we cannot support every request (even when all organizational and deadline requirements are met).
