Multiple family members can use the same TytoCare device. To save money, use your Health Savings Account (HSA) and/or Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
Please self-schedule, send your provider a message in MyChart, or call your provider’s office to request a scheduled TytoCare video visit. Once your visit is scheduled, you will be able to access it from the appointments section of your MyChart account.
- Fifteen minutes prior to your visit, log in to your MyChart account
- Click the Visits / Scheduling icon to locate your future TytoCare video visit with your provider
- Complete your eCheck-in and then follow the prompts to join your TytoCare visit. Please note that you may complete your eCheck-in within 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment
