Multiple family members can use the same TytoCare device. To save money, use your Health Savings Account (HSA) and/or Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
Please self-schedule, send your provider a message in MyChart, or call your provider’s office to request a scheduled TytoCare video visit. Once your visit is scheduled, you will be able to access it from the appointments section of your MyChart account.
- Fifteen minutes prior to your visit, log in to your MyChart account
- Click the Visits/Scheduling icon to locate your future TytoCare video visit with your provider
- Complete the required steps by clicking ‘Get ready’ on your Visits page in MyChart up to 48 hours before your appointment. Once you’ve completed these steps, follow the prompts to join your TytoCare visit.
