Bone fractures

When you experience a bone fracture, the Corewell Health team can help. From simple to complex or stress fractures, we will assess whether your injury requires a non-surgical solution (a cast or brace) or a surgical one (potentially with screws or plates).

Joint injuries and dislocations

Joint injuries and dislocations happen when bones or tissues are damaged or are forcibly moved out of place. An ACL tear is a common knee injury where a key ligament is torn. Meniscus injuries involve damage to the cartilage in the knee that helps cushion the joint. Shoulder dislocations occur when the upper-arm bone pops out of the shoulder socket, causing pain and difficulty moving the arm.
