Visitor Information

General visiting hours are 8 am to 8 pm daily. Some care units may have different hours to ensure the best care for patients. Check with the nursing staff at your location on the guidelines for your specific unit.

To keep our care locations restful, we ask that you limit visitors to two people at a time. Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult. Check with the nursing staff at your location about exceptions or special occasions.

Patients have the right to choose who may visit them, regardless of legal relationships. Family may include immediate or extended family members, friends, partners, and other individuals who provide physical, psychological, or emotional support.

We do not restrict, limit, or deny visiting privileges based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability. This includes family members and support persons.

We welcome and encourage visitors as part of a patient’s healing process. The health care team collaborates with patients to create a supportive environment for family involvement that meets patient needs and ensures patient well-being.  

When visiting someone in one of our care locations, we ask that you: 

• Clean your hands frequently
• Be respectful of other patients’ privacy
• Follow any additional guidelines posted in patient care areas
• Follow instructions from the nursing staff or other caregivers

If you’re feeling ill, please stay home. This will help protect your loved one’s health, as well as that of other patients and our staff.
