Complaints

If we missed the mark, please let us know. We want to know how we can improve. There are several ways to share your concerns and complaints:

  • Speaking directly with your care team
  • Submitting a patient comment card (available throughout our facilities)
  • Contacting patient relations

Our team will work quickly to review your complaint and resolve any issues. Your feedback will never negatively affect the quality of care you or your loved one receives.
