Two residents are selected each year through the NRMP. Applications must be submitted through Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).

• Each position is linked to the Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital transitional year internship
• Interviews are required for consideration for admission to the residency
• Interviews are offered to eligible candidates annually in December/January

In order to apply for an audition rotation please email a completed application to beaumontderm@gmail.com with “Audition Rotation Application” as the subject line. Within the email, please include the following requirements for a completed application:

• Unofficial medical school transcript
• Class rank (if available; if your school does not provide class rank, your application will still be fully considered)
• COMAT/Shelf exam scores (if completed or available)
• Recent photo
• Curriculum vitae (CV)
• Proof of passing USMLE Step 1 or COMLEX Level 1
• Step 2 CK / COMLEX Level 2 score (if completed)
• Brief list of hobbies/interests

Letter of intent (250 words max):

• Why are you interested in our program?

Additional statement (250 words max):

• Recommendation statement from a dermatologist you have rotated with and/or
• Description of your current work in dermatology and how you have demonstrated commitment to the specialty
