Corewell Health Farmington Hills Hospital will begin accepting audition rotation applications starting on March 1, 2026.  Please apply on or after March 1, 2026.  Any applications received prior to this date will not be considered.  

• We accept students from all colleges of osteopathic medicine with which we have affiliation agreements. 

• Audition rotations are from July – December
• Family medicine rotations are scheduled for 2 weeks, but we may be able to accommodate a four-week rotation. Please email the program directly if you would like additional time rotating with the program
• While we do our best to accommodate as many rotations as possible, we do schedule on a first come, first serve basis

• Our clinic is located at 28100 Grand River Ave, Suite 313 Farmington Hills, MI 48336
• Monday/Tuesday/Thursday clinic: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
• Wednesday: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm clinic, 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm didactics.  We do have you spend one Wednesday on the inpatient service so you can have exposure to the hospital
• Friday clinic: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm

• To request a rotation, all students must complete the medical student rotation application. There are no required documents that need to be submitted with the application, and the required documents will be requested from the student once the rotation is approved
• All rotations begin on a Monday, which is not necessarily the first of the month
• Scheduling services are arranged through the medical education office in conjunction with the family medicine department
• On the first day of your rotation, you will report to Laura Steffen in the medical education office at 7:30 am for orientation
