Ambulatory training is provided in chronic kidney disease, hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
The program has received continued accreditation from the ACGME, effective Sept 27, 2019, with zero citations and multiple commendations.
Our mission is to train nephrology fellows to provide high-quality health care to a diverse community. The nephrology fellowship program at Corewell Health Farmington Hills Hospital is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience that prepares physicians to meet the demands of contemporary nephrology practice in urban and suburban communities. Fellows learn how to provide patient-and-family-centered care, contributing to the health and well-being of residents throughout the community. We aim to retain our graduates to continue to serve our community.
