According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, nearly 50% of all infant car seats are installed incorrectly. Learn from our nationally certified child passenger safety technicians how to ensure your infant/child is riding safely every time. We provide education on the different types of car seats, correct installation based on your type of seat and your infant/child’s age, correctly securing your infant/child into the seat, as well as additional safety measures.

This class is available at our Big Rapids, Grand Rapids, and Greenville locations.
Practice CPR and choking rescue techniques with baby and child-sized mannequins. You will also learn how to use an automatic external defibrillator (AED). This class uses the American Heart Association’s “Family and Friends” CPR course, and you will receive an AHA resource book to take home. This class is not for certification.
Prevent accidents and injuries of infants and children by learning about how to make your home safe, how to store poisons, and what to do in an emergency. This class will also cover basic first aid for allergic reactions, broken bones, burns, cuts, and falls.
This pediatrician-led virtual class covers what to expect when your baby is born, from hospital care to well-baby checkups. Also learn about immunizations, sick baby visits, and other pediatric recommendations.
This class is free.
Learn about practical baby care including how a newborn senses, sleep, feeding, bathing, and more. This class and the "Understanding Birth" class present duplicate content. We recommend only registering for one or the other.
