Our pediatric neuroscience center works with children and teenagers experiencing symptoms related to the brain, spine, muscles or nerves, to help identify what’s happening and create a personalized plan for treatment. Our highly specialized team of pediatric neurology and neurosurgery experts treat a variety of neurological disorders, such as epilepsy, cerebral palsy, neuromuscular disorders, stroke, autoimmune neurological diseases, as well as other conditions such as brain and spinal cord tumors, movement disorders, congenital neurological conditions and traumatic injury or illness.
The Gerber Center for Infant Development and Nutrition helps young children with health challenges such as prematurity, developmental delays or feeding problems by offering evaluation and treatment recommendations from our neurodevelopmental pediatric specialists.
In addition to neurology, neurosurgery and neurodevelopmental pediatrics, the team includes pediatric neuropsychology and neurocritical care specialists, which allow us to offer distinctive services including the first in the state to offer pediatric neurocritical services and a variety of multidisciplinary clinics to help children and their families.
