Meet Amanda

In February 2022, Amanda experienced the joy of welcoming her daughter, Madison, into the world. It was a moment filled with love and new beginnings. But not long after Madison’s arrival, Amanda was met with a wave of personal loss—saying goodbye to both her father and grandfather.

The weight of these heartbreaking events, coupled with the challenges of adjusting to life as a new mother, led Amanda into a difficult season marked by postpartum depression.

See how our whole-person approach to care—featuring personalized home visits from Tonya Warren, RN with the Corewell Health Maternal Infant Health Program—is supporting maternal health patients navigating depression.
