TANDEM365 is a FREE service in partnership with Corewell Health and Priority Health. With TANDEM365, care is just a phone call away, helping to keep you in your home and out of the emergency department or hospital.
How it works
When you call and talk to a member of the TANDEM365 care team about your concerns, they will:
- Make sure you do not have an emergency
- Help you make a plan to get care right away
- Send a TANDEM365 paramedic to your home, if needed
TANDEM365 uses these cars, not an ambulance.
Many common health needs can be treated without going to the emergency department, including:
- Abdominal pain
- Ear pain
- Cough
- Headache
- Sore throat
- Breathing issues
- Dehydration
- Skin rash
- Minor injuries
- Nausea or vomiting
- Urinary tract infections
- And more
