Corewell Health Lakeland Hospitals Executive Health - Royalton is a comprehensive day of testing and consultations designed to screen for disease and/or determine current state of wellness; it is an investment in the health of your executive team members. The program is designed to be private, comfortable, and relaxed. Each executive is guided through their appointments by one of our dedicated nurse navigators. All testing, consultations, and the physical exam are completed in one visit with same-day results and an end-of-day review with the physician. It is our goal to provide the executives we serve with an excellent experience; a comprehensive screening evaluation of major body systems, recommendations for management and monitoring of identified disease states, and relevant education geared towards the optimization of personal health and well-being.
