Corewell Health Executive Physicals - Grand Rapids

Corewell Health Executive Physicals - Grand Rapids is a comprehensive day of testing and consultations designed to screen for disease and/or determine current state of wellness; it is an investment in the health of your executive team members. The program is designed to be private, comfortable and relaxed. Each executive is guided through their appointments by one of our RN staff. All testing, consultations and the physical exam are completed in one visit with same day results and end of day review with the physician. It is our goal to provide the executives we serve with an excellent experience: a comprehensive screening evaluation of major body systems, recommendations for management and monitoring of identified disease states, and relevant education geared towards the optimization of personal health and well-being.
