Corewell Health Hospice and Palliative Care, formerly Caring Circle, is dedicated to serving our neighbors throughout Southwest Michigan. As the largest and most experienced community-based palliative care and hospice organization in the area, we have expanded to offer a full continuum of care. As a not-for-profit organization, we offer comprehensive caregiving programs and support, as well as grief and bereavement counseling, workshops, and support groups at no charge. Our hospice program has accreditation with deemed status from the Community Health Accreditation Program, Inc. (CHAP), the leading accrediting agency nationally for hospice and home health organizations. CHAP accreditation demonstrates that Hospice at Home meets the industry’s highest nationally recognized standards. Rigorous evaluation by CHAP focuses on structure and function, quality of care, human and financial resources, and long-term viability.
