Canton and Riverview Sleep Centers Relocating

The Corewell Health Sleep centers at 42180 Ford Road, Suite 201, Canton, and at 14031 Pennsylvania Road, Suite A, Riverview, are relocating.
Both sites are relocating to the Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital Sleep Lab located in:
Corewell Health Care Center
18100 Oakwood Blvd., Suite 305
Dearborn, Michigan, 48124
When?
- Friday, Feb. 14, is the last day patients will be seen at the Riverview location.
- Monday, March 3, is the first day patients will be seen in the new Dearborn location.
- Friday, March 14, is the last day patients will be seen at the Canton location.

Why are these services relocating?
The move to the Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital Sleep Lab will centralize resources and state-of-the-art technology in one place. This will improve staffing, scheduling efficiencies, and increase hours for home sleep testing.
What do I need to do?
Please refer new patients to the Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital Sleep Lab – 18100 in Epic.
