Using a Corewell Health computer at a Corewell Health location
- Open Microsoft Outlook from the start menu.
- If Outlook is not shown in the start menu, use the Web Outlook icon found on your computer desktop.
Using any computer (work or personal) in any location
- Launch the Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome web browser and launch Outlook from your apps.
- Log in with your Corewell Health email and password.
- Use the PingID app for multifactor authentication. If you haven’t already, register for PingID.
Using your personal smartphone
- Install Microsoft Outlook from the App Store for iPhone or iPads, or Google Play Store for Android smartphones and tablets.
- Open the Outlook app and log in with your Corewell Health email address and password.
- Follow the instructions displayed and use the PingID app for multifactor authentication. If you haven’t already, register for PingID.
