Medical Student Education

We believe the best way to train an outstanding physician is to role model what an outstanding physician should be.

Medical students rotate through Corewell Health hospitals for their third-year clerkship rotations. A variety of fourth-year elective rotations are also offered.

Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital, Troy and Grosse Pointe are the primary teaching hospitals of the Oakland University William Beaumont (OUWB) School of Medicine.

Corewell Health Farmington Hills and Trenton are affiliated with the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Corewell Health Dearborn, Wayne and Taylor are affiliated with Wayne State University School of Medicine.
