This program requires the following of it applicants
- Three letters of recommendation
- A personal statement
- Current photo
- USMLE scores
- ECFMG certificate
- Board certifications
- Medical school diploma and residency certificate
- Completed residency or advanced cardiovascular training within the last 5 years
- Graduated from an ACGME accredited 3-year Internal Medicine residency program
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
